Jaron and the Long Road to Love is the stage name of the American country pop singer Jaron David Lowenstein (born March 18, 1974 in Atlanta , Georgia ).

biography

From the end of the 1990s, the identical twins Jaron and Evan Lowenstein were successful as the folk-rock duo Evan and Jaron . In 2004 they ended their collaboration and while Evan withdrew completely into family life, Jaron continued solo under the name Jaron and the Long Road to Love .

Musically, he turned to country music. It was not until 2009 that he finished his first single, Pray for You . With her he was able to build on earlier successes and had a top 40 hit in the US charts in the spring of 2010. His self-produced solo debut album Getting Dressed in the Dark was released in July of that year . It reached number 2 on the country charts and number 16 on the Billboard 200 .

At the American Country Awards , Lowenstein was nominated twice in newcomer categories.
