Jaroslav Cardal (born March 16, 1919 in Mrklov ; † May 6, 2010 in Jilemnice ) was a Czechoslovak cross-country skier .

Cardal took 40th place over 18 km and eighth place over 50 km and with the relay at the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz . Four years later he won 14th place over 50 km and eighth place with the relay at the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo . At the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo he ran to 42nd place over 15 km and 18th place over 30 km. He completed his last international race at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1958 . There he came in 23rd place over 50 km and 11th place with the relay. In addition, he was Czechoslovakian champion 26 times, 14 times in a row between 1946 and 1959 over 50 km.
