Jasmine Rae (* 1987 in Melbourne ) is an Australian country singer .

biography

Jasmine Rae began making music at the age of seven and took singing lessons at the age of 13. She made her first major appearance at the age of 15 on International Women's Day .

In 2008 she won the Telstra Road to Tamworth song competition in Australia . Her first CD, Look It Up , was released in 2008 by Universal Australia . Jasmine Rae was nominated for two Country Music Awards of Australia in 2009, including Female Artist of the Year ; In the same year Look It Up was nominated for the ARIA Award for Best Country Album .

On March 4, 2011, her third album, Listen Here, was released, with which she made it into the official album charts of her home country for the first time . In March 2011, Jasmine Rae went on tour with Alan Jackson in Australia.
