Jasper Smits
Jasper Smits (* 6. October 1981 in Delft as Jan Pieter Smits ) is a Dutch actor , presenter and model .
Life
Smits began acting at the age of nine. As a child actor, he took part in various theater productions. In 2008 he appeared in the short film Millie . In 2009 roles in television series such as Goede tijden, slechte tijden and Feine Freundinnen followed . In 2010 Smits took part in the TROS show Stedenspel . In 2011 and 2012 he appeared in the series Moordvrouwen and Achter Gesloten Deuren . He also traveled with the Norwegian Cruise Line in 2012 . In 2014 he played a cop in the US series 11 . In 2015 he gave his voice to a character in the children's series Super Wings . In the literary adaptation The Diary of Anne Frank , which was filmed in spring 2015 and was released in cinemas on March 3, 2016, Smits plays one of the policemen who, together with Karl Josef Silberbauer, arrest the Jews hidden in the Amsterdam Secret Annex.
