Jassuda Bédarride

Jassuda Bédarride (born April 2, 1804 in Aix , † February 4, 1882 in Aix ) was a French lawyer and mayor .

Life

Jassuda Bédarride was born on April 2, 1804 in Aix. He studied law in his hometown, became a lawyer there in 1825 and a mayor in 1848, as well as a member of the Provincial Council of the mouths of the Rhône. However, he gave up these positions in order to devote himself entirely to his legal studies.

His main work is the voluminous commentary on various parts of the Code de commerce under the title: Droit commercial (Paris 1843 ff., 27 vol.).

He also wrote:
