Francisco Javier Vicente Navarro , known as Javi Navarro (born February 6, 1974 in Valencia ) is a former Spanish football player who last played in the Spanish Primera División during his playing days at Sevilla FC .
He was a defender and could be used in the center and on the left.
Navarro was in the squad for the Spaniards for the 1996 Olympic Games , but where he was eliminated with his team in the quarter-finals.
Navarro was the captain of Sevilla FC when they won the 2006 and 2007 UEFA Cup .
