Jay Glaser (born July 11, 1953 in Santa Monica ) is a former American sailor .
successes
Jay Glaser took part in the Tornado boat class with Randy Smyth at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles . In these they took second place and thus secured the silver medal behind the New Zealand and in front of the Australian boat. At world championships Glaser and Smyth won the title in Carnac in 1981 and Kingston in 1982 . In 1984 and 1985 they also became vice world champions together.
Glaser is married to the sailor Sarah Glaser .
