Jay Weatherill
Jay Weatherill (* 1964 in Adelaide ) is an Australian politician with the Australian Labor Party .
Life
His father was the Australian politician George Weatherill . He studied law and economics at the University of Adelaide . Since February 2002 Weatherill has been a member of the parliament of the state of South Australia as the successor to Murray De Laine . From October 21, 2011 to March 19, 2018 he was Prime Minister of the Australian state of South Australia as the successor to Mike Rann .
