Jean-Christoph Ritter

Jean-Christoph "Schowi" Ritter (born September 21, 1974 ) is a German music producer , DJ, film composer and founding member of the hip-hop band Massive Töne .

Life

Ritter achieved greater fame in the 1990s as a founding member of the Stuttgart hip-hop band Massive Töne . The quartet released four studio albums between 1996 and 2005, including the top 10 albums Überfall (1999) and MT3 (2002). The single Cruisen reached number five in the German single charts in 2002. Since 2015, Ritter has also appeared as a music producer and film composer. Among other things, he contributed the film music for the comedies Traumfrauen and Mein Blind Date mit dem Leben .
