Jean-Claude Letzelter
Jean-Claude Letzelter (born April 25, 1940 in Sélestat ) is a French chess player .
Letzelter became French champion in 1968, 1971 and 1974 and took part with France in the 1968 , 1972 , 1976 and 1978 Chess Olympiads . He has held the title of FIDE Master since 1986 and reached his highest Elo rating of 2310 in July 1986. Letzelter plays for Cercle d'Echecs de Strasbourg and took part in the 1982 European Club Cup with the latter .
