Jean-Pierre Dürig

Jean-Pierre Dürig (* 1958 in Winterthur , Canton of Zurich ) is a Swiss architect .

Life

From 1979 to 1985 Jean-Pierre Dürig studied architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich , from 1982 to 1987 he worked in Ernst Gisel's office in Zurich, and from 1987 to 1989 he worked independently . From 1996 to 1998 Dürig was visiting lecturer for architecture and construction at the ETH Zurich . Between 1990 and 2002 he formed an office partnership with Philipp Rämi (Dürig & Rämi Architects), and since 2003 he has had his own office (Dürig AG) in Zurich. From 2004 to 2006 Dürig was visiting professor at the Accademia di architettura of the Università della Svizzera italiana in Mendrisio.
