Jean Montmain
Jean Montmain (born May 28, 1888 in Saint-Laurent-de-Chamousset , † January 14, 1915 near Roosbrugge ) was a French aerobatic pilot .
Jean Montmain delighted his audience with dives and similar feats; From February 1914 he presented looping flights over Geneva , Basel , Bern and other Swiss cities. He used a Blériot XI for this . His patent as a military pilot was issued on August 30, 1914. A few months later he died in an air accident. His grave on the Nécropole Nationale de Zuydcoote has been preserved.
