Jean Nicolas de Parival

Jean Nicolas de Parival (* 1605 in Verdun ; † 1669 ; also Parivall ) was a French writer .

Parival was born in Verdun and later moved to Leiden , where he first worked as a wine merchant before becoming professor of French at the university there.
