Jean Roth
Jean Roth (born March 3, 1924 in Le Havre , France ) is a former Swiss track cyclist .
Athletic career
Roth began his cycling career in 1946. In 1948, Jean Roth started at the Olympic Games in London and finished fourth in the tandem race with Max Aeberli . In 1950 he became a professional and was primarily active as a six-day driver. He started in a total of 86, of which he won 16, nine of them together with his most frequent partner Walter Bucher (35 starts together), three with Fritz Pfenninger . In 1950 he won the six days in Münster with the German Gustav Kilian . In 1961 he resigned from cycling.
