Jeanne Labrosse
Jeanne-Geneviève Labrosse (* 1775 ; † 1847 ) was the first woman in the world to fly a balloon and take a parachute jump.
On November 10, 1798, she became the first woman in the world to fly a balloon .
On October 12, 1799, she was the first woman in the world to take a parachute jump from a height of 900 meters with the parachute developed by her husband.
Jeanne-Geneviève Labrosse was the wife of André-Jacques Garnerin , a pioneer in the development of the parachute .
