Jelena Peeters (born December 19, 1985 in Turnhout ) is a Belgian inline skater, speed skater and Olympic participant. She holds the Belgian record in speed skating on all distances between 1000 and 5000 meters. At the World Speed Skating Championships in 2013 , she finished 13th over the 3,000 meters. She was 15th at the European speed skating all- around championship in 2013. She is one of seven Belgian athletes at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi . There she finished 12th over 3000 meters.
