Jens Holgersen Ulfstand (* 1450 ; † February 6, 1523 in Høgby) was a Danish knight . He was the son of Holger Henriksen til Glimminge Ulfstand and Birgitte Jensdatter Rosensparre .

Ulfstand was the royal Danish governor on Gotland from 1487 and was appointed admiral during the Danish-Luebian War in 1511 . This naval war with Lübeck from 1510-11 was ended by the Peace of Malmö (1512) . He built Glimmingehus Castle .
