Jens Peter Meincke
Jens Peter Meincke (born October 22, 1935 in Hamburg ) is a German lawyer and university professor .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in 1963 from the University of Hamburg as Dr. iur. and the habilitation in 1972 there he taught from 1978 to 2001 on the chair for civil law, Roman law and tax law at the University of Cologne .
