Jesús Trelles

José de Jesús Trelles Padilla (* in Guadalajara , Jalisco ) is a retired Mexican football player on the position of defender .

career

Trelles was trained in the junior division of Club Deportivo Guadalajara , where he made his first leap into the first team in 1964 when he made his debut in the top Mexican division in the last home game of the 1964/65 season against the UNAM Pumas . Chivas was already known as champions before the game, so that Trelles - despite the 2: 3 defeat - was part of the squad of the 7th championship team of Deportivo Guadalajara .

When after the 1966/67 season a major upheaval in the squad of Club Deportivo Guadalajara was made, the club also separated from Trelles and gave him no more contract.

After his active career, Trelles worked as a coach; including in the 1974/75 season as assistant to Eduardo Villaseñor at UAG Tecos and in the early 1980s in two stages as head coach of Club Atletas Campesinos .
