Jevetta Steele
Jevetta Steele (born November 11, 1963 in Gary , Indiana ) is an American gospel musician and singer .
Steele's best known song is Calling You from the soundtrack of the 1987 film Out of Rosenheim . The song was composed by Bob Telson and was nominated for an Oscar in 1989. Jevetta Steele is a member of the gospel group The Steeles, which includes her sister Jearlyn Steele, Fred, Janice V. and JD Steele. The Steeles made a guest appearance on September 8, 1993 at Bagley's Warehouse in London at an aftershow by Prince , who performed the concert on March 6, 1995 under the title Live! - The Sacrifice of Victor released on VHS .
