Yevgeny Ivanovich Lyadin ( Russian Евгений Иванович Лядин ; born April 9, 1926 in Moscow , Soviet Union ; † April 3, 2011 in Russia ) was a Soviet or Russian football coach and former player .
Ljadin was the first foreign professional football manager to oversee a club of the Iranian Football League ( Azadegan League ) after the Iranian Revolution . In 1994, as the coach of FC Zob Ahan in Isfahan , he arranged for Russian Sergei Ponomarjow to join his team.
Ljadin was the national coach of the Soviet U-19 / U-21 national football teams from 1965 to 1972 and 1979 to 1982. Under his leadership, they won the U-19 European Championship in 1966 and 1967.
