Jiří Růžička
Jiří Růžička (born January 8, 1956 in Prague , Czechoslovakia , † February 20, 1999 in Prague) was a Czech actor and screenwriter . In Germany he became known for his role as the kitchen boy in the film Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella .
Life
His mother Helena Růžičková (1936-2004) was also an actress. As a one-year-old he was seen in the film Bomba (1957), and later he also played schoolchildren's roles. After elementary school he studied at the business school and then worked as a businessman. Thanks to his stately figure, he often played good-hearted young fellows in fairy tales, comedies, but also in the dramatic genre, such as "Nurses" (1983). Since 1992 he has also worked as a screenwriter. Numerous health problems have led him to several hospital stays since 1996. He died in February 1999 at the age of 43. Jiří Růžička was married and had two daughters.
