Ji Jianhua (born January 29, 1982 in Xinjiang ) is a Chinese mountain bike and road cyclist.

Ji Jianhua became the Chinese Cross Country Champion in 2004 . The following year he finished third in the national championship. In the 2007 season he was again Chinese champion in cross country and won the cross country race at the Asian cycling championships. From 2008 Jianhua drove for the Dutch-Japanese Professional Continental Team Skil-Shimano . At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , he finished 22nd in the mountain bike competition.
