Jim Reardon
Jim Reardon is an American film director , animator and screenwriter .
Life
After graduating from the California Institute of the Arts in 1987 , Reardon was hired as a screenwriter for the animated series Mighty Mouse, the New Adventures , before joining the animated series The Simpsons as an animation director . After he left the Simpsons in 2004, Pixar Animation Studios produced his screenplay for WALL · E - The last cleans up the earth , which was released in 2008 and for which he received an Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay in 2009 .
