James Martin Workman , Jr. (born October 4, 1980 in Fairfax , Virginia ) is a retired American actor . He became known for the role of Pugsley Addams in Addams Family (1991) and The Addams Family in Crazy Tradition (1993) in which he played the firstborn son of the Addams family at the side of Anjelica Huston and Raúl Juliá .
Life
Jimmy Workman is the son of Glenn and Crystal Workman, his sister Shanelle Workman (* 1978) and his half-sister Ariel Winter (* 1998) are also actresses. When his sister Shanelle auditioned for Wednesday in " The Addams Family, " Jimmy was on the set and noticed by the casting directors. They asked him if he would audition for the role of "Pugsley Addams" and he eventually got the role. After The Addams Family in Crazy Tradition , he was still occasionally active as an actor, not at all since 2004.
