Jindra Nečasová Nardelli

Jindra Nečasová Nardelli (born July 5, 1960 in Prague ) is a Czech composer, pianist and music teacher.

The daughter of mathematician Jindřich Nečas studied piano with Jaromír Kříž and composition with Jindřich Feld at the Prague Conservatory . She continued her studies with Václav Riedlbauch at the Music Academy until 1991 and attended composition courses from Ladislav Kubík in Prague and Jan Bach at Northern Illinois University . From 1994–95 she taught music theory at the Prague Conservatory, from 1996 to 2000 she was an external lecturer at the Theater Faculty of the Music Academy (AMU). She also worked as a répétiteur at the Prague Dance Conservatory (1995–2008) and at the National Theater Ballet (since 2008).

In addition to orchestral works such as the symphonic triptych Obrazy Salvadora Dalí and the symphonic poem Jacksonina cesta , Nečasová u. a. the ballet Farinelli , chamber music (including the Trio Kerkyra for harp, flute and piano), songs and the song cycle Květiny , drama and television film music.
