Jingshan

The city of Jingshan ( Chinese  京山 市 , Pinyin Jīngshān Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Hubei , which belongs to the administrative area of ​​the independent city ​​of Jingmen . It has an area of ​​3,284 km² and has 635,780 inhabitants (2004). Its main town is the large community of Xinshi (新市镇).

The Qujialing site , the eponymous site of the Qujialing culture , has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1988 .
