Joachim Bohm (politician)

Joachim Bohm (born April 24, 1950 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives from November 1995 to 2001 .

After graduating from high school in 1971, Joachim Bohm studied law at the Free University of Berlin and administrative sciences at the University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer . After the second state examination in 1978, he initially worked at the Free University of Berlin. He then switched to the judicial service, first in the public prosecutor's office at the Berlin Regional Court , then as a judge at the Cologne Administrative Court until 1982, at the Federal Disciplinary Court until 1988, and finally as a senior public prosecutor at the Federal Administrative Court in 1990.

Bohm has been a member of the CDU since 1992. He was elected directly to the House of Representatives in 1995 via the Reinickendorf district list and in 1999 in the Reinickendorf 1 constituency.
