Joachim Heinrich Roth spoke
Joachim Heinrich Rothsprach (born July 22, 1903 in Stralsund ; † 1990 ) was a German administrative officer.
Career
Rothsprach attended the Sundisches Gymnasium in Stralsund and the Administrative Academy in Greifswald. Until 1933 he worked in the Prussian Ministry of Finance. In 1946 he was appointed director in the Lower Saxony state parliament and tasked with setting up a parliamentary administration. He remained head of administration until 1967.
