Joachim Schmitt
Joachim Schmitt (* 1960 in Arnsberg ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
After studying law and business administration in Passau (1990 Dipl.-Kfm. , 1992 Dr. iur. ) He became a lawyer in 1993 , certified tax lawyer and auditor since 1999. After completing his habilitation in 1993 at the Law Faculty of the University of Passau; Teaching certificate for the fields of German, European and International Tax Law 2007 he became a lecturer at the University of Passau . Since 2013 he has been an adjunct professor at the University of Passau.
