Joachim Stallecker (born September 26, 1961 in Esslingen ) is a German artist and author .

life and work

Joachim Stallecker grew up in Ostfildern . From 1983 to 1989 he studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy and was a master student of Alfonso Hüppi . In addition to painting, drawings and watercolors, his main focus is the creation of lenses from different materials such as rubber and leather or ceramics. After his studies he received various art grants and invitations, which took him to Lapland, France, Israel, Namibia, India, Egypt, Thailand, Senegal and Iceland.

In 2007, Stallecker founded the art group k-UFO with other artists from different fields, which produces independent editions such as B. Annual calendar published. In addition to his work as an artist, he teaches as a lecturer and has published quiz boxes and drawings, the coloring book “Düsseldorf for coloring” and the novel “Dead-End Alleys of Modernism” at Grupello Verlag in Düsseldorf.
