Joe Stadelmann

Joe Stadelmann (born as Josef Stadelmann ; born June 5, 1940 in Zurich ; † June 14, 2003 ) was a Swiss actor , writer and director .

Life

After training at the Zurich Drama Academy , Joe Stadelmann joined Swiss television in 1960 . Initially as an assistant director, he soon became the sought-after head of production for all major live productions in the studio. When they wanted to promote him to production manager , he took his hat at the end of 1981; he didn't want to be banished to the desk.

He then tried it as a freelance director, writer and producer. He was financially shipwrecked. He worked with many lay groups until he lost his eyesight due to illness.
