Joel Chepkopol
Joel Chepkopol (* 1983 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
In 2010 he set a course record at the Kassel Marathon with his personal best of 2:12:55 h. The following year he was misdirected while in the lead at the Regensburg Marathon . Therefore he only crossed the finish line behind the German Stefan Groß and was declared the winner together with him.
In 2013 he won the Great Ocean Road Marathon over 45 km in Australia .
