John Adam Breunig (* 1660 in Mainz ; † 1727 ) a German was Hofbaumeister and architect of the Baroque .
After the war of the Palatinate Succession , the rebuilding of Heidelberg at the instigation of Elector Johann Wilhelm meant that Breunig and other architects had a wide field of activity.

According to his plans from 1714, the "Zur Blauen Lilie" house in Heidelberg was converted into a prayer room for the Jewish community and from 1720 on Ahrenthal Castle near Sinzig. Breunig built the old town hall of Speyer between 1712 and 1726.
