Johann Baptist Witting

Johann Baptist Witting (* 1855 ; † 1924 ) was a notary, genealogist and heraldist with a doctorate .

Witting became known through his work on the Neues Siebmacher from 1918 to 1920 . He did legwork on the Lower Austria and Styria band .
