Johann Christian Hirzel

Johann Christian Hirzel (born March 9, 1778 in Auenstein ; † October 22, 1834 in Spaichingen ) was a Württemberg chief bailiff.

Johann Christian Hirzel was the son of a pastor. He completed his training as a clerk and the subsequent work as an assistant at more than 10 different city and official clerks and at several camera administrations. In 1802 he passed his camera exam. From 1798 to 1804 he was a substitute in Sulzbach an der Murr, Maulbronn and Löwenstein before becoming an actuary at the Oberamt Zwiefalten. In 1807 he moved to Künzelsau as a cameraman and cameraman, in 1812 as an accountant to the financial accounting chamber in Stuttgart and from 1813 to 1824 as a foundation administrator to Herrenberg. From 1824 until his untimely death in 1834, he headed the Oberamt Spaichingen .
