Johann Conrad Rockenbauch

Johann Conrad Rockenbauch ( February 4, 1639 - October 9, 1684 ) was Mayor of Heilbronn from 1677 to 1684 .

Rockenbauch enrolled on October 26, 1657 at the Strasbourg Academy in the subject of law. As a lawyer, he wrote a treatise on polemics, among other things. From 1664 he belonged to the small, inner council ( "von den burgern" ), in 1671 he was tax master and from 1677 to 1684 mayor of the city of Heilbronn.

Not too much is known about his life. Rockenbauch was married to Margarete Irnsinger. Her daughter Maria Magdalena married Georg Friedrich Pancug in 1682 , who was Mayor of Heilbronn from 1698 to 1733.
