Johann Dobbe

Johann Dobbe (* in the 15th century; † April 13, 1530 ) was canon in Münster .

Life

Johann Dobbe came from the family of the Lords of Dobbe, who came into the possession of the House of Lyren after 1445 and remained its owner until it died out in 1793. He was the son of Wilhelm Dobbe zu Lier († 1513) and his wife Bele von Galen zu Ulenbrock. On December 18, 1518 he was mentioned as a canon of Münster. The sources do not provide any information about his further life.
