Johann Eberhard August von Voigt

Johann Eberhard August Voigt , from 1776 von Voigt (* 1738 ; † 1811 ) was Kurhannoverscher Hofrat and secret office secretary.

In 1783 he married Elisabeth Friederica Schmidt (born February 1, 1740), the daughter of the Mansfeld chancellery director Johann Christoph Schmidt . From this marriage u. a. the wife of Georg Friedrich Sartorius emerged.

Voigt stood u. a. in correspondence with Johann Wolfgang von Goethe .
