Johann Hinrich Winter

Johann Hinrich Winter (born February 7, 1773 in Lübeck ; † April 26, 1801 ibid) was a German piano maker , son of the piano maker Jürgen Hinrich Winter in Lübeck and father of the piano maker Johann Heinrich Winter in Bremen.

Life

Johann Hinrich Winter learned in the workshop of his father Jürgen Hinrich Winter . He married Magdalena Catharina Haesche in 1797. After the death of his father, Johann Hinrich continued the business together with his father's partner, the piano maker Christian Hinrich Meyers. Christian Hinrich died before 1798. Johann Hinrich died in 1801. A year later, his widow married the piano maker Johann Diedrich Rädecker , and the company then became the property of the Rädecker family. Johann Hinrich had a son Johann Heinrich Winter , who became a piano maker in Bremen.
