Johann I (Auvergne)

John I ( attested in 1326 ; † March 24, 1386 ) was Count of Auvergne and Boulogne . He was a son of Robert VII , Count of Auvergne and Boulogne and Maria of Flanders.

Johann was Count of Montfort before he inherited the counties of Auvergne and Boulogne in 1360 after the death of his niece Johanna I.

In 1328 he married Jeanne de Clermont († July 27, 1383), daughter of Johann, Baron von Charolais from the Bourbon family . Your children were:

John I of Auvergne was buried in Le Bouchet (now part of Manzat ).
