Johann Martin Landenberger

Johann Martin Landenberger (born August 28, 1804 in Ebingen ; † April 4, 1873 in Stuttgart ) was a Württemberg entrepreneur and politician.

family

Johann Martin Landenberger was the son of the Ebingen factory owner Johann Martin Landenberger (1776-1850) and Anna Maria Kaufmann (1783-1923). He had seventeen siblings, fifteen of whom died early. In 1828 he married Rosina Barbara Rümelin (1805–1886), they had one child.

job

Landenberger was a manufacturer in Ebingen. In the factory founded by his father, he manufactured Manchester (ribbed textile fabric).

politics

From 1862 to 1868 Johann Martin Landenberger was a member of the second chamber of the Württemberg state parliament for the constituency of Balingen .
