Johann Peperkorn

Johann Leopold Peperkorn (born February 13, 1890 in Kiel , † April 1, 1967 ) was a German theologian and politician ( NSDAP ).

Life

Peperkorn worked as a pastor in Barmstedt from 1917 and got a job as a pastor in Viöl in 1920 . In 1933 he became senior consistorial advisor at the regional church office in Kiel and worked from 1934 until his retirement in 1936 as senior consistorial advisor at the church chancellery of the German Evangelical Church . He was also a member of the German Christians .

Peperkorn joined the NSDAP in 1928 and acted as a speaker for the National Socialists. In 1932 he was elected to the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until its dissolution in October 1933. From 1935 to 1944 he was NSDAP district leader in Südtondern .

After the Second World War , Peperkorn was imprisoned from 1945 to 1948.
