Johann Schrotter

Johann Schrotter (born February 10, 1922 in Mitterlobming ; † April 30, 2005 there ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. From 1962 to 1975 he was a member of the Austrian National Council .

Schrotter attended elementary school between 1928 and 1936 and then completed the rural advanced training school in Kleinlobming . He worked as a farmer and in 1943 took over his parents' mountain farm. Schrotter became politically active from 1958 as mayor of the Kleinlobming community, and he was also chairman of the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry for the Knittelfeld district . Schrotter also represented the ÖVP for four legislative periods from December 14, 1962 to November 4, 1975 in the National Council.
