Johann Schweinhammer

Johann Schweinhammer (born May 6, 1904 in Gänserndorf ; † December 9, 2003 there ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer . Schweinhammer was a member of the National Council from 1945 to 1949 and a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1949 to 1954 .

Schweinhammer attended elementary and community school and then graduated from Feldsberg Agricultural School . As a result, he took over his parents' farm in 1932. He was active in local politics and held the function of a local council in Gänserndorf between 1933 and 1938 and from 1945 to 1946. In addition, he was from 1935 to 1938 peasant council and local school council and between 1950 and 1958 district peasant council chairman. He represented the ÖVP between December 19, 1945 and November 8, 1949 in the National Council and was subsequently a member of the Lower Austrian Landtag between November 5, 1949 and November 10, 1954.
