Johann Seebohm

Johann Karl Seebohm (born December 30, 1793 in Friedensthal ; † December 28, 1866 there ) was a German businessman and politician .

Seebohm was the son of Johann Georg Ludwig Seebohm and his wife Juliane nee con Boerries. He married Hanna Telgmann on May 9, 1821 in Friedensthal. Seebom was a Quaker . He lived as a merchant in Friedensthal.

From 1854 to 1859 and from 1862 to 1864 he was a member of the special state parliament for the Principality of Pyrmont . He was also a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont from 1861 to 1864 . He was elected in the constituency of Pyrmont.
