Johann Thomas Otto

Johann Thomas Otto (* 1726 ; † March 15, 1790 ) was a German merchant and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Johann Thomas Otto was elected to the Lübeck Council in 1773. He was the owner of the noble Höltenklinken estate , which at that time often changed hands and was therefore considered a rolling estate , but was best known between Hamburg and Lübeck for its water mills and the copper hammers powered by them .
