Johann Wildt (politician, 1937)

Johann Wildt (born July 11, 1937 in Zillingtal ; † September 10, 1987 ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. From 1983 to 1987 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

After elementary school, Wildt attended a grammar school and then graduated from the agricultural technical school in Eisenstadt . He worked as a farmer in Seibersdorf and between 1965 and 1971 as mayor and, after the amalgamation of the municipalities, between 1972 and 1987 as deputy mayor. Furthermore he worked as district party chairman and from 1970 as district farmers chamber chairman. On December 1, 1983, Wildt replaced Franz Blochberger in the Lower Austrian state parliament, of which he was a member until his death.
