Johannes Feldthausen

Johannes Feldthausen (born September 3, 1621 in Lübeck ; † April 10, 1671 ibid) was a German lawyer and council secretary of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Johannes Feldthausen was the son of the Lübeck Council Secretary Johann Feldhusen , who later also became Lübeck Councilor. Feldthausen enrolled in 1637 to study law at the University of Rostock . After the death of his brother-in-law, Council Secretary Hinrich Balemann , he was Council Secretary in Lübeck from 1657 until his death.

He was married to a daughter of the councilor and later mayor Johann Marquard .
