Johannes Haas (Imperial Judge)
Carl Johannes Haas (born October 5, 1851 in Schlötenitz , Pyritz district , † January 29, 1908 in Leipzig ) was a German Imperial Judge .
Haas was awarded the Iron Cross 1st Class in the Franco-German War in 1870/71 . Due to the small number of awards, he had a unique selling point as a lawyer. In 1875 the Prussian Haas was sworn in. In 1881 he became a district judge. In 1894 he was appointed regional judge. In 1898 he was promoted to the higher regional judge. In 1906 he was appointed to the Imperial Court. He was employed in the 5th Civil Senate until his death in 1908 .
